WHEREAS: There are more and more transgender athletes entering the school’s athletic sport programs around the nation.


WHEREAS: If this trend continues, transgender athletes will seriously damage athletic sport programs in the schools to the point they will have no meaning.


BE IT RESOLVED: The Wyoming Republican Party encourages the Wyoming State Legislature to pass legislation that would prohibit transgenders from competing in school athletic programs other than that of their sex at birth and the Governor of Wyoming sign into law such legislation.
