Social Security Benefits Reserved to Vested Contributors



WHEREAS, Social Security is a nationalized pension and disability fund paid through wage deductions of American Workers; and


WHEREAS, the Federal Government funds numerous entitlement and assistance

programs; and


BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party believes that Social Security funds should be provided only to U.S. citizens and their families who have contributed and become vested in the Social Security System; and


BE IT RESOLVED, that all monies paid into Social Security should go into the Social Security fund and not the General Fund, nor can neither the federal government nor any private entity borrow from the Social Security fund, and all money borrowed shall be repaid with interest.
