RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party stands with millions of Ukrainians
and Russians, and millions of people around the world, in opposing Vladimir Putin’s unilateral invasion of Ukraine.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party opposes any plan
to commit US troops to the Ukraine/Russia war.
