Restoration Of American Education Based On American Core Values And Tenets



WHEREAS, The State of Wyoming’s quality of education in our boundless state, and across our celebrated nation, is at its most detestable point since the 1950s; and


WHEREAS, The State of Wyoming has allowed itself the deleterious temptation of accepting federal funding, with which to fund the state’s ever increasing educational costs; thereby allowing the federal government total power and control of all subject matter, curriculum, standards, and management for Wyoming Education; and


WHEREAS, Today, Wyoming’s National Education no longer reflect American Education and Anti- American education is accomplished and facilitated through INDOCTRINATION; and


WHEREAS, Wyoming’s National Education (WNE) instruction is structured to teach a student what to think, NOT how to critically think; instruction disallows individualism and merit; and instruction circumvents students, parents, and community their United States and Wyoming Constitutional Inalienable rights; and


WHEREAS, All Nationalized education; 1960s “War on Poverty”, 1970s “Department of Education Reorganization Act”, 1980s “A Nation at Risk”, 1990s “Education American Act”, 2000s “No Child Left Behind” 2010s “Race to The Top” and “Common Core Standard Initiative (CCSSI) have ALL FAILED; and


WHEREAS, Since the original memorandum of agreement was signed in 2009 to establish Common Core, citizen objections to Common Core (National Education) have been ignored and never resolved; this coincides with Wyoming’s overall addiction to federal funds, which today, have grown to almost 50% of the State Budget. Now, therefore, be it


RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party directs the Legislature to begin the process of divesting the State of Wyoming Education from Common Core and all National Educational agendas, under any name, since the 1960s.


BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party directs the Legislature to return and restore ALL inalienable rights to students, parents, and community, facilitating parental and local control of all subject matter, curriculum, standards, and management, for the betterment of the citizenry, State of Wyoming and the Nation.


BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party directs the Legislation to establish “School Choice” and have state funding follow the student, thus enabling choice.


BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Wyoming Republican Party directs the Legislature not to accept ANY future federal funds for Common Core and or National Education Agendas. The State will realign the State budget to successfully fund education without due burden to the State and/or taxpayers, and will accomplish this goal by no later than 2025.


BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Wyoming Education can once again be the cornerstone in the building of and sustaining of this great nation by securing student’s futures, freedoms and liberties now and for all generations.
