WHEREAS, US congressional districts are designated based on census totals aggregated by the US Census Bureau; and, WHEREAS, the US Census Bureau currently includes unnaturalized, non-citizen residents in their aggregates; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, be it resolved that the US Census Bureau be required to verify, differentiate, and report citizens and non-citizens; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that US congressional districts shall be based solely upon verified, certified, legal US citizens and residents.
