Equal Application of the Law

WHEREAS, the Congress and the President are exempt from the Affordable Care Act and other laws applied to the American people;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party demands that all laws passed on behalf of the American people will apply and be enforced equally and without exception; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that those that make the laws are not exempt from the law.
