WHEREAS, a strong military is essential for national security;
RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party believes that the United States of
America must defend against impending threats from all hostile nations, and
RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party insists that any institution of higher learning that accepts federal funds will accept ROTC programs and US military recruiters on campus, and
RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican party believes that the United States
should support key technologies essential to US military preparedness by requiring that key military hardware and software be manufactured in the United States of America, and critical raw materials such as rare earth elements and uranium be mined and processed in the United States, and
RESOLVED, the Wyoming Republican Party believes war should be avoided when
possible and, when other options do not exist, should be fought with clear objectives and end as soon as those goals are reached or become unobtainable.
