WHEREAS, the practice of discrimination against any Wyoming inhabitants
(individuals, associations and companies) through use of their social credit or
environmental, social justice governance score is a matter of state concern; and
WHEREAS, that discrimination based on such scores not only threatens the rights
and proper privileges of Wyoming inhabitants but menaces the institutions and
foundation of a free democratic state and threatens the peace, order, health, safety and general welfare of the state and its people; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that all banks, credit unions and other financial institutions doing business in the state of Wyoming, either directly or through the use of an outside contractor, shall not discriminate against, impose as a precondition, advocate for or cause adverse treatment of any person, business, or organization in their business practices based on the following: the entity’s ideological, philosophical, political views and opinions; criteria such as, but not limited to, social media posts, internet browsing history, dietary habits, medical status, participation, or membership in any clubs, associations, or unions, political affiliation, place of employment, source of legal income’ property or investments already owned by the entity, gun ownership, or nature of business.
