WHEREAS, The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic;
WHEREAS, The Fifteenth, Nineteenth, and Twenty-sixth amendments require that voting rights of U.S. citizens cannot be abridged;
WHEREAS, The State of Wyoming was admitted to the Union on July 10, 1890;
WHEREAS, Wyoming Statute 15-4-110 describes the right of Recall of any elected officer of a City or town;
WHEREAS, County and State elected officials are not subject to Recall;
WHEREAS, County and State elected officials are only subject to not be reelected;
WHEREAS, The only way to assert Citizen oversight is to have an active role in the election and removal of County and State elected officials; therefore: and
BE IT RESOLVED, That All County and State Elected Officials be Subject to Recall.
